This program is designed for specialized module training. In the second year of university, students undergo on-campus internships. Students in the Hospitality Service Group intern at on-campus hotels and restaurants, while students in the Asian Culinary Arts Group and Western Culinary Arts Group intern at restaurants, bakeries, and fast-food outlets.
In the fourth year of university, students participate in off-campus internships, including opportunities for Overseas internships. Off-campus internship locations may include international tourist hotels, chain restaurant groups, and Michelin-starred restaurants. Overseas internship destinations may encompass countries such as Italy, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and others.
